Hamburger

- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the beef into four equal portions and shape into patties.

Apple Pie
- Ingredients:
- One pre-made pie crust (or homemade)
- 6 cups of sliced, peeled apples (like Granny Smith)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

- 2 cups buttermilk
